How does your billing work?
Billing is extremely flexible depending on your budget. For larger companies, it can be on a project basis (flat fee) with an estimate submitted in advance (time & expenses, blended hourly rate). For smaller companies or start-ups, we can negotiate equity or 'post-funding' payment in exchange for services.

Why do YOU have such a basic web site?
We believe form should follow function. We wanted to keep our web site simple. Less of the 'whiz bang' - and more of the basic information you need to make initial contact. This DOES not reflect what we're capable of for our CLIENT web sites. We can show you other sites for that. Plus, we're the plumber with leaky pipes. We spend our time working on our CLIENTS web sites, not ours!

How large is your staff?
When you factor in our network of talented freelancers, we're HUGE. : ) The point is, we can become as big as you need in a very short time frame. We have people we trust who we've worked with in the past. Due to the nature of or project work, we keep the full-time staff lean (for now). You will have a dedicated contact.

Can we contact references for current or previous Clients?
Absolutely. Give us a call and we can provide them!

Are you JUST for NEW products, companies or brands?
Absolutely NOT. EXISTING products and brands can be re-invented, and sometimes SHOULD be reinvented. A 'Big Launch' can be a big RE-launch! Let us know where you're at. We'll ask some questions, do some quick research and provide you with an opinion statement.

Can you work with our agency?
Absolutely. We will not step on their toes, we will work in harmony, simply providing an objective point of view and assisting with whichever projects you and/or your agency assigns us.

Can you BE our agency?
Absolutely. If your looking for a full-service shop, we can be that too. We can help you plan, implement and manage your entire marketing program. We can run your web site.

What are your vertical areas of expertise?
Sports & Entertainment, Gaming, Athletic wear & Apparel, Technology... and more. However we can get up to speed in your industry really quickly, if we're not already.
